✅ Payment Policy (Bank Transfer & COD – Pakistan)

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer two secure payment options:

a. Bank Transfer

• You will receive our bank details at checkout or via confirmation message.
  Orders are processed after payment is verified.
  Send a screenshot/receipt to confirm payment.
  
  

b. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Pay in cash when your order arrives.
  Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

You will receive an order confirmation via:

• Email
  SMS/WhatsApp (if enabled)
  Bank transfer orders are confirmed after payment verification.
  COD orders are confirmed immediately.

3. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are in PKR.
  Prices include applicable taxes.
  Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.
  
  

4. Failed or Missing Payments

If your payment does not reflect:

1. Re-check your bank app.
   
2. Ask the bank about delays.
3. Send us payment proof for verification.
   If payment wasn’t received, the order will remain on hold.

5. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or high-risk orders, especially COD orders with incomplete details or incorrect contact information.
