RETURN & ECHANGE POLICY

✅ Return & Refund Policy (Pakistan-Only Shipping)

We want you to shop with confidence at LEGALWEARS. If there is an issue with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Protective films & tags are intact
The product is different from what was ordered
The item arrived damaged or defective
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Because watches are delicate accessories, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Watches worn or adjusted (straps resized, links removed, etc.)
Change-of-mind returns - Sale/discount items
Minor color or tone variations due to lighting/screen differences
2. Return Process
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order:

Photos/videos of the product
Reason for return - Our team will review and approve (or decline) the request.
- If approved, you will ship the item back to us.
⚠️ Do NOT send any item back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we cover shipping.
If the return is due to any other reason, the customer pays return shipping.
4. Refunds
Refunds apply ONLY in cases of:
- Damaged product on arrival
Wrong product sent
Product not as described
Refund Method:
- Bank Transfer within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
COD orders are refunded via bank transfer only, not cash.
5. Exchanges
If you want to exchange a watch for a different model (and it's eligible):
- Customer pays shipping both ways (unless the mistake is ours).
